The Roosevelt team developed and rolled out a blended learning model. School leaders and educators worked together to create a clear implementation plan that makes it easy to expand the model from the classroom level to school-wide. The team iterated the design to meet the individual academic needs of their students. During the course of the year the team developed educator capacity by analyzing pilot data to inform action and design.
