Perception of lack of cohesive teacher culture, mutual understanding of the school vision, and limited opportunities for professional development.

HOW MIGHT WE…

Create positive partnerships between students, teachers, and parents to increase individualized instruction and deep empathy for student experience.

SOLUTION

Digital Personalized Learning Plans for each student that begin with teacher + student goal setting, accessible and created by students, teachers, parents, and school staff. The PLPs will be piloted with the 7th grade IB students.
