Increase teacher ownership of professional standards and a culture of high expectations in our school

SOLUTION

Differentiated professional development plan for middle school teachers, defined by the teachers, to create the desired school environment through common planning time, off site PD sessions, conference attendance, and assistance from outside organizations.
